Returns 

Due to the nature of our product, and it being made to order, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives defective, or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will gladly send a replacement at no additional charge.

Lost-in-Transit Policy

We value your business and want to ensure you receive your order. If your package is not delivered within 2 weeks of the expected delivery date, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us above.

To qualify for a replacement:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us about the missing package within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
  2. Verification: Allow us to verify the tracking information with the shipping carrier. This policy does not apply to items marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so we can get you sorted as quickly as possible.
