Your deck box is printed and packed in Melbourne. This is our dispatch timeframe, not a promised delivery date. Parcel Post and Express Post transit times begin after dispatch and depend on your destination and Australia Post.
Australian delivery
Direct orders currently ship within Australia only. Enter your address in checkout to see Parcel Post and Express Post options before you pay. Prices are in AUD. Bearonauta is not GST registered and does not charge GST on these orders.
Multiple parcels
We can pack up to four deck boxes in one carton. Larger orders are divided into four-box cartons plus a smaller carton for the remainder, and postage is added for each parcel. For example, five boxes ship as four plus one. Parcels can arrive separately.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email its Australia Post tracking number or numbers. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. If an order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact [email protected] and we’ll help investigate.
Check your address
Please check your delivery details before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once a parcel has been sent.
